Welcome to All About the Fraternities! by me, David K Easlick Jr.
Since 2015, I have been serving as an expert witness and assisting in 50 trials dealing with hazing and Risk Management engendered lawsuits involving fraternities.
Prior to that I had a more than 25 year career as the Executive Director of a National Fraternity.
We will cover the current litigation position of the fraternities in civil litigation fostered by hazing, sex abuse, other illegality and risk management violation.
We will deal with efforts to end fraternity horrors, insurance coverage, insurance limitations, liability and exposure of Nationals, Locals and individual members.
